MARINATED MILITARY MUTTON CURRY MIX ( WITH BONE ) 500 GRAMS
500 grams cleaned MUTTON with bone, onion slices, marinated in crushed pepper, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, zeera, cinnamon, cloves, salt to taste, green chillies, red chilli powder, tomato puree, curry leaves, turmeric , cinnamon, cloves, japatri, stone flower, mustard paste. in a pressure cooker add 2 spoons oil, put on medium flame, add the marinated meat pack and let it cook for 10 minutes, add 250 ml water and slow cook for 20 whistles. let it cool. if done garnish with fresh garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. enjoy with rice or rotis.
