500 grams broiler chicken skinless with bone, slices of onions, crushed pepper, crushed garlic, crushed ginger, bay leaves, zeera, saunf, elaichi, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, salt to taste, ggp, green chillies, curry leaves, kachampuli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric and water. in a pan add 1 spoon oil, add the marinated meat pack, mix well for 10 minutes, now add 250 ml water, slow cook for 20 minutes with lid on garnish with fresh coriander. enjoy with rice or rotis
